Pia Strunge Folkmann form Central Denmark Region is working with bioeconomy and circular economy. She has an educational background as agronomist with special emphasis on environmental economics and alternative agricultural systems. With experience from research in organic farming systems, many years of teaching at academic level in agricultural economics and sustainability and lately experience as entrepreneur within bioeconomic business she is a major capacity in driving new business within bioeconomy in the region.
