If age was just a number?

The population is aging, and birth rate is declining year by year. So what can be done to ensure there are enough workers in the coming years? In the morning seminar, we will discuss whether and how easy it is to make a career shift in Estonia. What can and should be done right now to make a career change in the 55+ age group smoother? This and much more will be discussed at the dynamic seminar, which will also summarize the results of the "Silver Strategies" project. Entrepreneurs, company leaders, HR managers and specialists, and anyone interested in the topic are welcome to attend.
