Female Leaders Club Special Event: Lessons from the Air Force to the Global Space Industry
How do you make career choices that help you move forward? What role do calculated risks, recognizing new opportunities, and building strong professional relationships play in professional growth?
From a 29-year career in the U.S. Air Force to leadership in the global space industry, Shelli Brunswick has built her career across fields where women have often had to create their own opportunities and shape their professional paths.
During the meeting, Shelli will share the decisions that have shaped her journey, including how she recognized opportunities, weighed career risks, and built relationships that supported her next steps. The discussion will also explore the choices that can expand a leader’s influence and create opportunities for those who follow.
Shelli will draw on her professional experience as well as lessons from her first book, What’s Space Got to Do With It? 10 Life Lessons for Personal Growth.
The 30-minute presentation will be followed by a Q&A and discussion, giving participants an opportunity to share their own perspectives and experiences. The event will be held in English.
