Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry offers practical information and partner search services for international cooperation under the name of Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). In Estonia, the EEN Network also includes Estonian Business and Innovation Agency (Ettevõtluse ja Innovatsiooni SA), Tartu Teaduspark SA, Tallinna Teaduspark Tehnopol SA, OÜ Baltic Innovation Agency and Invent Baltics OÜ, providing additional value to the services of the Chamber through their activities which support and facilitate knowledge and technology transfer, financing opportunities, but also supporting with research and development projects.

The Enterprise Europe Network in Estonia includes 6 organisations: Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Entrepreneurship and Innovation SA, Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol, Tartu Science Park, Invent Baltics, Baltic Innovation Agency (BIA).

The network, created and co-funded by the European Commission, aims to increase the competitiveness of SMEs and promote innovation through business support services, providing practical answers to specific questions in the entrepreneur's mother tongue. At the same time, the network's pan-European reach provides an important added value: reliable sources of information and reliable partners.
