  • What are the 5 team malfunctions and how can they be prevented?
  • What do people usually lack in team cultures and what to do about it?
  • What is the role of daily communication and personal approach in shaping team culture?
  • How to rebuild/build team culture?
  • What initiatives can be taken to promote team culture? What is the responsibility of the team leader in this process?

 
LEARNING OUTCOMES FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE WORKSHOP

  • The participant knows what team culture is and what characterizes it
  • The participant has an overview of the role of daily communication and personal approach in shaping team culture
  • The participant knows how to rebuild/build a team culture
  • The participant has completed practical exercises related to the promotion of team culture and learns to use different tools.
