One hour of legal advice per year is free for Chamber members
If your company needs legal advice or help drafting a contract, contact the Chamber’s lawyers. Each Chamber member is entitled to one hour of free legal consultation per year, which is often sufficient to resolve smaller but important issues.
Our lawyers advise companies on all legal matters related to doing business, including contracts, taxes, employment law, commercial law, public procurement, and consumer law. We also help in situations where a business partner has failed to pay a debt, purchased goods or services do not meet the agreed requirements, or an unfounded claim has been filed against the company.
In addition, you can get help from the Chamber’s lawyers with drafting and reviewing contracts, and you can use more than 100 contract templates available in the Chamber’s e-shop. If needed, we will draft a contract tailored to your company’s specific needs.
You can also contact the Chamber’s lawyers if your foreign cooperation partner needs a certificate—for example, confirming the absence of tax arrears, the company’s registration, or force majeure circumstances such as a storm or flooding.
Each Chamber member receives one hour of free legal consultation per year. Further consultations cost €50 + VAT for members; for non-members the price is €100 + VAT. We provide advice in Estonian and English.
Unlike law firms and адвокатibürood (attorney-at-law firms), the Chamber’s lawyers do not represent companies in court.
