Workshop: Brand sprint
The sprint-format workshop is designed for owners and marketers who wish to explore the foundational steps required to form that solid base on which to build a lasting brand. During this highly interactive session, we ask 9 questions in a way that offers you a chance to rate how well you deliver on topics such as customer orientation, codification, positioning and even how you brief your agency.
Participants are asked for complete honesty, as the sole aim is to explain, discuss and then highlighting areas that they need to focus on right now or what needs to be added to their strategy going forward. The session is delivered with humour, interactivity and a host of real world examples that define Diagnostics, Strategy and the 4 P’s of Communications. In a world where marketing has become tool (AI) obsessed, confusing, numbing and theory chasing, the need to promotes a clear strategy that delivers Brand salience is often overlooked.

The Brand Sprint workshop is based on both Robin's NEXPERIENCE principles as we all an MBA based program for brand equity used by many of the historic global names we purchase each day.
This will be held in English and there will be additional time at the end for any one-to-one specific questions with the trainer.
