An English-language consultancy agreement added to the Chamber’s e-shop

It is now possible to purchase an English-language consultancy agreement template from the Chamber’s e-shop. Under a consultancy agreement, the consultant undertakes to provide consultancy services to the client, and the client undertakes to pay for the consultation. The template is suitable for situations where both the consultant and the client are legal entities. For example, it can be used for legal advisory or marketing consultancy.

The English-language template sets out, among other things, the scope of services, the parties’ obligations, fee payment terms, confidentiality, dispute resolution, and the term of the agreement. It also addresses copyright ownership and the delivery of notices related to the agreement. Unlike an employment contract, a consultancy agreement is by nature a contract for services (käsundusleping) to which the provisions of the Law of Obligations Act on contracts for services apply.

The price of the English-language consultancy agreement for Chamber members is €40, and for non-members the template costs €80. VAT is added to the price. You can find the English-language consultancy agreement template HERE.
