Leader to Leader: Building a Thriving Triple Helix Business Hub

How do you create a thriving business hub that brings together entrepreneurs, academia and government? How can collaboration between these groups drive innovation and business growth?

In January, our Leader to Leader event takes us to the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town, home to Fraqmented, a distinctive coworking space. Its co-founders will share how they are building a collaborative business community based on the Triple Helix model of innovation, connecting businesses, universities and the public sector.

DATE AND VENUE

28 January 2027, 17:00–20:00 Fraqmented, Pikk 7-3, Tallinn

Hear the story behind Fraqmented, explore the opportunities and challenges of building such an ecosystem, and discover how partnerships can drive innovation and business growth.

The evening will feature a short introduction, a tour of the space, an interactive discussion with the founders and community members, and informal networking over refreshments.

The event will be held in English.
