Živilė Valeišienė is an award-winning HR professional, who serves as a bridge between people, decisions, and the organization‘s financial results. Živilė also serves as Non-Executive Board Director in the capacity of Organizational development and efficiency and consults different organizations. She strives to create a collaborative and high-performing culture. Živilė achieves that by employing outcome-based coaching which is an intermix of pragmatic guidance and development. She explores the underlying assumptions or beliefs thought patterns and behaviours that support leadership performance.
Katrin Liivamets, Estonian Unemployment Fund, Head of Employer’s Services Department
Katrin is a leader with long-term experience in the public sector and social sector and an accredited mentor (EMCC Global Individual Mentor accreditation (EIA)). Katrin currently manages the Employer’s Services Department of the Unemployment Fund.
The unemployment fund mediates 40-60% of all jobs that move on the Estonian labour market and offers services and support to employers both in the recruitment situation, in the development of employees' skills, and in situations where the employer is forced to lay off a large part of its employees due to restructuring.
Johanna Havula, attorney, Lexia Attorneys
Johanna is an expert in labor law in Finland. She has a master's degree in law from the University of Helsinki and has been a practicing legal expert since 2004. In addition, Johanna is a certified information privacy expert (CIPP-E) and information privacy manager CIPM.
Johanna is a member of the Finnish Bar Association and the Finnish Labor Law Association.
