Kevin works at Cybernetica, a research and development intensive ICT company, with its roots based in 1960, when the Institute of Cybernetics under the Estonian Academy of Sciences was founded. Kevin is Head of Business Development with focus on interoperability and secure data exchange, consulting with governments across the world in developing the building blocks of digital government. From African countries, Cybernetica has implementations in play in Namibia, Benin and Tunisia, and is in close cooperation with several others such as Ghana, Cote d'Ivoire among others
