Tauno Tõhk is a member of the cabinet of Andrus Ansip, Vice-president of the European Commission and responsible for the Digital Single Market, where his responsibilites include topics like disinformation, media policy and skills. Beyond these he is also part of the Vice President's communication team. He has previously worked with communication in the Estonian Permanent Representation in the EU during the Estonian Presidency of the EU Council and before that in the Estonian Government office. He has also taught contemporary Chinese politics in Estonian universities.
