CEO of Vopak E.O.S. - the largest independent oil products terminal operator in the Baltics brings over 20 years of experience in management positions working in various sectors worldwide. Mr. Lugtmeijer has started his career in a maritime infrastructure construction and services company working in Europe, Australia, Hong Kong and Nigeria. Since 1995, he has been shaping the Estonian oil products terminal landscape; more specifically oil products transshipment and storage facilities where nowadays after successful consolidation of 4 major terminal facilities is created Vopak E.O.S. terminalling structure.
Mr. Lugtmeijer has successfully completed a Master's degree in Mining and Petroleum engineering at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Top manager with the technical background, valuable knowledge of international businesses and strong managerial skills - Mr. Lugtmeijer leads Vopak E.O.S. towards further development and achievements.
