Ingrid is an Austrian commercial counsellor for the Baltic States. Previously, she was regional manager for South-Eastern Europa at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in Vienna, also commercial counsellor of the Austrian Embassy in Italy and deputy head of Unit of the Market Access Unit (since 2005) at European Commission/Directorate General Trade. She has master degree in International Affairs and degree in law.
