Andrus is an experienced leader and salesperson. In his freshman year at the University of Tartu, he came from Estonia, a small country in Europe, to the USA to sell books door to door. He ranked in the top 100 out of 2000 salespeople, 11 out of his 12 years in the summer internship. In that time, Andrus ranked 7th in lifetime sales out of more than 250,000 salespeople in the entire 160-year-old company history. He also was leading a group of students that sold over a million dollars in a three-month period. He has helped thousands of salespeople to improve in companies in Europe and United States. Andrus is also really passionate about motorcycles. He races off-road in amateur level and tests new bikes as blog owner and journalist.
