Trudy is a former Corporate Business Manager and Commercial Training Manager at British Airways. She has extensive experience in worldwide contract negotiations worth millions of pounds. Since moving to Latvia in 2009, Trudy has worked as an associate consultant for several agencies, as well as developing her own business. Over the years, she has led negotiation workshops across the globe and is a frequent conference speaker in Latvia.
