Vilma Mutka is a Worklife Learning Activist and a courageous pioneer in organisational learning design from Finland. She founded her company, Mukamas Learning Design Oy 16 years ago, pursuing her mission to help people and organisations learn. She is writing a book on learning leaders and modern learning organisations.
