In her 10 years at Ericsson, Marge has seen the company transform from a large manufacturing company to an innovative technology firm. In addition to the role of human resources manager of Ericsson Estonia, Marge has worked in various roles in the field of training and development, as a human resources partner, as a career advisor, as a mentor for managers and as a member of the board.
