Liina has obtained a master's degree at the Estonian University of Life Sciences, and since 2016 she worked as a business relations specialist in Tartu Science Park, where, among other things, she successfully launched the activities of the SPARK Demo Center, gathered companies into a common contact network, and promoted the business environment in Tartu.

Liina is an active leader and contributor of activities aimed at women's entrepreneurship in the Tartu club of the Estonian Entrepreneurial Women's Association. Through her roots, she is also closely connected to the field of forestry and stands for the rights of private forest owners in the board of the Estonian Private Forestry Association in addition to the local cooperative.
