As a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft Development Center Estonia, she works with a team of engineers who own Engineering Infrastructure - build, test, and release management in the continuous integration space. She has over 20 years of experience in project and program management, operational risk management, IT governance and customer relationship management in the technology and financial services industries.

Her mission is to use technology to support climate and biodiversity, and to build companies and organizations that share this vision. She is a cofounder and CEO of VAAL Airships, a startup that aims to revolutionize the space industry with sustainable and innovative airship technology. She is also involved with Estonian Greens, a political party that advocates for green policies and values. She is passionate about learning new skills, solving complex problems, and collaborating with diverse and talented people.
